Dear Members and Volunteers,

We are thrilled to invite you to our Annual Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, an International-themed evening, featuring dishes from around the world, to be held on April 10th Thursday at 6:00pm at the Patchwork Playhouse. The Annual Meeting and General Elections will take place immediately following the dinner at the Kent County Theatre Guild in Dover.

This event is our way of saying thank you for your hard work and dedication throughout the year. During the evening, we will also hold our annual meeting, where we will discuss important updates and hold a general election for open board positions.

We strongly encourage all members to attend and participate in the election process. Nominations will be accepted for candidates that evening, followed by voting. Please keep in mind that only current members are eligible to vote or to run for one of the positions.
