Our monthly 10-minute play competition is for teen writers and actors, and audience members who cheer them on! This free event brings together writers ages 12 to 18 and their 10-minute (or shorter) plays, based on this month’s theme, and pairs them with volunteer teen actors whose names are pulled out of a hat. Mayhem ensues as the actors do their best to perform from scripts nobody’s ever seen or heard of before! No experience is necessary to write, perform, or just sit in the audience and enjoy whatever happens. Adult writers of family-friendly material are also welcome, but only teen participants are eligible to win the best play award.
